		<description>Just for clarification, in 1981, designers devised methods to raise the entire car to the minimum clearance.  Murray at Brabham developed a hydraulic system that raised and lowered the chassis based on speed, claiming this was legal, as the driver was in no way involved.  Other teams, such as Williams, adopted the driver operated lever system, which was more clearly illegal.  These were allowed to race as FISA basically gave up trying to enforce this rule.</description>
