McLaren botched a good chance, they should have used de la Rosa's EXPERIENCE this year while Renault and BMW were breaking in their rookies. McLaren lost that advantage instead opting to introduce their INVESTMENT. Rookies, even good ones just don't score points. Not enough. This is the negative media at work, Fisi might not be an Alonso but he was 4th in the drivers standings and without him Renault would not have won the constructors. If anyone has EARNED his rookie stripes (as opposed to those who have merely been given the chance) Davidson has got my vote and he works well with Sato.
