		<description>This is correct, Keith. The FIA are also entitled to do any test they feel is necessary to check the tyres are compliant and agree with their barcodes. It is just that, apart from one easily-resolved incident in Friday practise in Turkey, nobody has broken the rules about tyre homogenity this year yet.</description>
