The Spanish Grand Prix is surely a pivotal race in the world championship. The track is the most well-rounded one (if not the most exciting) in terms of its demands on the car.

But the GP has one very interesting statistic: Ever since it had a GP in 1991, every driver who won pole position here (bar Kimi in 2005) went on to win the title (even after quali had to be run with race fuel starting 2003). Is it because of the nature of the circuit, or is it a sign of the gods?

Whatever, that alone makes Saturday a must-watch day for me. :)
