“Rain is the only thing that can create racing around Magny-Cours,” I wrote in the Grand Prix preview yesterday – and it looks like we might actually get some.
The five-day weather forecast for Nevers currently claims there will be showers on Sunday and possible Friday and Saturday as well.
In the 16-year history of the French Grand Prix at Magny-Cours the best races have always been when it’s rained – 1992 and 1999.
Fingers crossed for more of the same in 2007…

Rain or shine, I think it will be a tight race. I’m hoping for rain though…Valy’s got a point, let’s see what Hamilton can do on a rain-soaked track in an F1 car.

In Malaysia it did rain and heavy… In the night, and then during the race as well, only the clouds were everywhere except the nice blue sunny area right above the track :-)
