Enormous crashes stop GP2 feature race

The GP2 feature race at Magny-Cours has been stopped following two massive crashes.

ISport team mates Timo Glock and Andreas Zuber drove straight into each other at the start of the race, taking each other out.

The safety car was deployed but before the end of the lap Ernesto Viso and Michael Ammermuller collided. Viso’s car rolled over a barrier and the race was stopped while the Venezuelan received medical attention. (See below for videos).

Viso was taken to the medical centre conscious having suffered concussion.
