I just wonder if the camber and tyre pressure changes recommended by Brigdestone for Hamilton’s car had any effects during qualifying.

If anyone still has the ITV F1 coverage on record, you can hear James Allen tell us that Massa wins for the third time at Interlagos . It’s the bit just before he gets out of the car at the end.
It was nice to see a pass for the lead on the track, even though the two drivers were on different fuel strategies. Oh not a positive point for refuelling! I’m normally anti refuelling?

well its the 1st time iv seen an overtaking maneouvere on the track since nurburgring last year i think. i think hamilton was great today his race could have easily jhave been ruined by starting 3rd and a great move on massa

I now definitely agree that Istanbul Park is Herman Tilke’s best circuit. The way he designed the 12-13-14 complex forces drivers to battle for places over the three turns and quite a bit of time (unless they obliterated their opponent on the straight, i.e. Rakkonen on Alonso). We saw this twice with Heikki going at it with Timo Glock and Nico Rosberg. It seems that Tilke got it right with Turkey, as his formula of long straight and tight hairpins finally produced some exciting overtaking (albeit at the wrong end of the field).
