This picture was well taken. I believe it was taken on the Singapore Flyer. If you notice there is a major construction going on the left of the picture. That will be the new Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort, it is been develop by Las Vegas Sands Corp and expected to be ready for the next F1 race in singapore next year.
