I like his media centre idea. I hope the ‘park-and-ride scheme works although I have my doubts in terms of the efficiency with which people will be transferred. I hope there will be enough regularly serviced toilets as this can be distressing. Fingers crossed it all works out as planned. He seems to come across a little arrogantly and dismissive or is it just me. Oh yes and do I take it that I may not be able to have my obligatory ‘hog roast’ sandwich lol…

I like it a lot. The old part of Donington is always there, fantastically there. And the new one looks promising. I’m so sorry about Silverstone, but the new Donington looks exciting.
Suggest to dedicate to Keith one of the new turns…

Great interview Kieth, and a good insight into how Mr Gillett is thinking. I like the Debenture idea – the serious punters can feel as if they have an investment in the circuit, and get something back. Also good to see they aren’t just planning for future F1 fixtures, but all racing events too. That very long-sighted (something seriously missing from BRDC and FOM at the moment), and I also like the fact he isn’t telling us whats happening until he knows its a certainty.
Thats a contrast with Bernie and his ‘everybody has agreed’ statements!

I’m interested to see how much a debenture is going to cost. It seems like a bit of a risky investment to me, but that’s not to say I wouldn’t buy in at the right price..
