A lot of people had questions about how the new teams were selected, but I am surprised one of the losing candidates has dared to take the FIA to court over it. Considering how vindictive Mosley can be they must think he is defiantly on his way out or that the FIA won’t try to retaliate in any way.

There needs to be a full enquiry into the selection process, the FIA cannot be allowed to operate in the manor in which has been alleged. Although the evidence is circumstantial, everybody raised an eyebrow when the new teams were announced. There is rarely smoke without fire in these cases and if there is corruption it should be exposed.
We may end up with a very different legacy from Mr Mosley than the one he intended!!!!

Be certain to read the article “Ban the Blazers”. The author has nailed, couldn’t have said it better myself.

I think the French court even agreeing there is a case to be heard is a good augury for N-Technologies. I wish them every success, as I feel it will be beneficial in many ways should they have success.

Take FIA to court in Paris? hahaha… Just reading that sentence there, tells you everything thats going to happen. French court system is just as bad as the FIA itself, and they are usually 100% in support of FIA because they are equally as corrupt.

I feel sorry for the teams like N.Technology, and wish them all the best against the FIA.

The truth about the Cosworth ‘scandal’ (if that is indeed what it is) needs to be found. Things like this must not be forgotten just because Mosley is about to leave.
