Yes, when an Aussie or non-brit is topping the times they are irrelevant… Would so many people be posting that on here they are meaningless if a British driver was at the top of the times? I think not!

Interesting that BMW are testing Baguette. I thought they were only there in essence to test drivers they had promised a tes to when they were still “in” F1. I wonder if that’s the start of them thinking about 2010 as Sauber.

I understand your point (and probably should have read it a bit more closely above ), but his pace over the three days has been very good – and I don’t think that this is just because of a different fuel program.

Even James Allen has said on his blog that Red Bull are apparently very pleased with Ricciardo’s work.
