Interview with Tony Fernandes (Autosport)

“I think teams compete, but there are many ways that they compete stupidly – trying to kill each other doesn’t benefit anyone. In many ways it also shows a lack of professionalism in the sport and sponsors are aware of that as well.”

  1. to let me know about on you can get in touch by emailling me, using Twitter or adding to the list here.

…so you’re suggesting we could post our birthdays on the ‘best overtaking’ poll article? i’m confused.

    1. Sorry, wrong link. Fixed it.

  2. Completely agree with Tiomkins’s comment, extremely well said. There seems to be a lot of people waiting for the chance to jump at people’s throat when not everyone agrees with them!

  3. That Raikkonen picture is clearly Photoshopped noi?

    1. Could be. I haven’t been able to find a higher-resolution version.

      1. The hat’s a bit of a give away.

Loeb, Ogier and co. tend to sport dark-blue Citroen caps, so I’d guess Raikkonen would follow suit and not wear some Ferrari-Red Bull-hybrid!

        1. and not wear some Ferrari-Red Bull-hybrid!

          That should be STR!!!!

  4. Keith,

    Its Tony Fernandes…not Toby.

    1. Thanks Jay, fixed it.
