    1. Kubica on 7th. Nothing new here, haha :))
      Ferrari desperately need some improvement.

    2. Excellent qualifying, so looking forward to a weekend at Silverstone with CampingF1 and seeing Jenson, we love him!

    3. Kobayashi ahead of Alonso!!! :D

      1. Konayashi always did a good job in Saturday but he needs to make sure that he have a clean start & a good race.

    4. Im starting to have a bit of a thing for Button now. I always thought he was average, even last year, and most people who are non-british who have had the BBC/ITV broadcast in recent years naturally come to strongly dislike British drivers (thank you James Allen, thank you Legard), but he seems like a normal down to earth guy and his performances this year have me taking back my thoughts and words on the man. The way he handled the whole issue with his retirement in Monaco – respect. I think no one else would have handled it in such a respectful manner, bar Heikki maybe.

    5. I expect vet to get 2nd as Lewis is on dirty side. Ferrari isn’t in a great position either but it’s a long race

      1. Agree Vettel should he happy to be at 3rd other than 2nd, it will be his task to stop Webber getting away

    6. Interestingly that turn 8 is giving a few drivers neck problems, also with a left turn it’s going to be a fitness result between the top 6, this is where Schumacher could come unstuck, I’m sure Webber has the best chance he’s superman for fitness.

    7. good result for shumi, i think he could beat button if he didn’t spin on turn 8! tomorrow will be the first podium for shumi.Keep an eye on him when running on medium compound!

    8. just how bad is the dirty side??? surely 2nd is better than 3rd on the grid. HAM has inside line for 1st corner too. i thought they cleaned the dirty line before the race?

      1. Even if they do clean it, there is not as much grip there, just because the cars don’t put any rubber down there.

      2. For a long time I’ve wondered why we have this silly situation where 2nd is worse than 3rd on the grid.

I think the grid slots should be parallel to each other, so those on the even-numbered side don’t lose out to 3rd. Possibly pole would be a little further ahead of 2nd to retain the advantage.

        1. very good idea. but i can imagine alot of complaints from drivers on the clean side.

      From Alonso:

“We’ve been practising starts from the clean and the dirty side and saw there’s a difference of one position when you start from the dirty side,” he said.

“When I crossed the line they told me I was 11th so I thought tomorrow at the start I would gain places, but from 12th I may even lose some positions, so it’s going to be difficult.

Seems like it’s pretty bad at this track.

    10. Have all the cars actually started of the grid yet?

      1. what do you mean Whitty?

      2. Nope, I think that at every race this year there was someone starting from the pitlane or not starting at all. Today might be the first time all 24 start from the grid.

    11. pole position was over half a second quicker this time than it was in 2005.

    12. So guys, what r ur expectations for the top 3:
      mine are:

      1- webber
      2- hamilton
      3- shumi
