Lets hope the tyres last longer than this years, I don’t see a very fast pit stop turn-around

It depends. Newey chose to enclose the side of the wheels – this is not absolutely necessary, but is the most aerodynamic solution. But even if closed sides were the chosen solution, there are ways around it (moveable bodywork) which would lead to stationary time in a pit stop of (I would guess) 6-8 seconds, less if it moved automatically on the way into the pit-lane.
