Interesting concept. Instead of blowing the diffuser blow the whole floor. Gotta wonder about the heat. I remember Mercedes cooking the bodywork with their revisd exhaust last year.

An increase in air stream temperature, ahead of lower pressure zones promotes laminar flow with the benefit of a reduced boundry layer. Or whatever.
