Yeah, they had to put on the old nose and wing as the new one did not get past FIA crash testing yet.
In commenting on 5Live it seems all teams have quite a lot of parts arriving only at the nick of time this year.

Looking at it from the front, I keep getting the feelig something is wrong about the car. Now I realized I keep expecting the nose cone to have one green and one red side just like Liuzzi’s helmet :-D
