    1. I mentioned this during the Melbourne race: OneHD, the Australian braodcaster, are streaming all sessions for all races live on their website. It’s one of a few legal live streaming services that I know of, so it won’t be taken down (you will, however, have to endure some of the worst commentary in the sporting world). The reason why I’m bringing it up again is because I’m not sure if you can view it outside Australia. A couple of people said they’d have a go and see what they could see, but I never heard anything more about it. Did anyone have any luck with it?

      1. It’s good that they are making the effort to improve their F1 coverage, and the broadcast of practice (even if it’s just online) is welcomed.

I agree that the commentary doesn’t really compare to the 5 Live guys. For me, practice is mostly about Anthony Davidson and Crofty (with awesome guests) providing excellent insight. One HD’s team still yells every time Webber tops the time sheets.

        1. One HD’s team still yells every time they see Webber.

          Fixed.

          1. Wow! Thanks PM! I saw this advertised in F1Racing Magazine, but I assumed it would just be for Quali and the race! So do we have the usual trio doing the practice commentary?

I didn’t get to experiment with this for round 1 as I was in Melbourne. :P But I will certainly be making full use of this service in Malaysia! Quick question; will they be covering the practice sessions that are in the middle of the night, too?

      2. Except of course the BBC…but I guess that only partly counts as its not available outside of the UK…

    2. Definitely watching FP2 from the comfort of my own bed before work :) As much as loved Melbourne that weekend killed me!

    3. I have just enough time to watch a hour of fp2 but i will off to college straight after that. :(

      1. Good to see you commenting again Troy! But it’s looking likely I’ll miss FP1 and FP2 as I’ll be at college. And as I won’t be at a house with my usual speedy internet, I won’t be able to access the live blogs most probably. :(

    4. Canadians can watch Qualifying and the Race on TSN, coverage starts five minutes before the action is meant to start.

      1. Practice 1 will be streaming at speedtv.com Thursday at 10pm Eastern.

Practice 2 is on Speed Channel TV (practice is not usually blacked out in Canada) 2am-3:30 Eastern Friday.

Practice 3 back to speedtv.com 1am Eastern Saturday.

Qualifying and the race – 3:55am Eastern Saturday and Sunday on TSN in Canada and Speed in the US.

        1. I didn’t know you could get Speed in Canada. I missed all those practices for nothing!

    5. Keep in mind that FP1 and FP2 are on iplayer in the UK which is great now for those of us with internet enabled TV’s / FreeSat boxes etc, Thats my plan this week as I leave for work too early to watch Fp2 this time.

They never put Fp3 on iplayer though which I find odd. Maybe their logic is that by the time it goes up Qually is on which makes it redundant? I dont know but wish they would stick it up all the same.

    6. Anbody know if you can watch full replays of the gp on the bbc website? (or anywhere for that matter) Im going away this weekend and could potentially miss Sundays race, something i havent done for years :)

      1. It’s on iPlayer for 7 days afterwards, only available from the UK of course.

    7. Torg everything but fp3 is available on iplayer. Wish the forum was put on therr too

      1. The forum usually is

      2. Cheers Mr NickTheGreek

        1. Oh, your not greek are you lol.

          1. I am. And my first name is Nik. True story. So you’re welcome, but I didn’t do anything! ;)

    8. right so fp2 is the only practice i’ll watch. gets me up for uni!

    9. Hi Keith,

Mate as a bit of a suggestion, have you ever thought about/tried adding a component to this page where it converts to the local time depending on where that person is located?

      1. Where that person is located may not have the same coverage as the BBC.

        1. ????

Regardless of where we are the majority of us have the opportunity to see it live.

The way they have it on the F1

    10. Ha, i like this on the oneHD site

“Lead commentator for ITV Sport James Allen previews the upcoming Formula One season exclusively for ONE.”

Maybe they haven’t updated it for a few years! lol, thankfully i haven’t heard him commentate on anything for awhile, although do hear him asking stupid questions in the podium interviews from time to time.

      1. Actually James Allen is very knowledgeable in and out of the comm box. For ITV he was brilliant, sure he got over excited but so what? He was perfect at predicting strategy and was correcting Brundle a lot of the time instead of Brundle correcting the infallible Legard.

    11. Poland:
FP 1 – 6.20 AM Polsat Sport Extra or Polsat Sport HD
      FP 2 – 8.00 AM as above
      FP 2 – 7.00 AM as above

      Qualification
      – 9.00 AM – Polsat Sport Extra or Polsat Sport HD,
      – 10.00 AM – Polsat or Polsat HD

      Race
      – 9.00 AM – Polsat Sport Extra or Polsat Sport HD
      – 10.00 AM – Polsat or Polsat HD

      All hours CEST

Althouth personally I can’t listen to Polish comentators.

      1. At times like this I ask God for an edit button :)

There’s of course FP 3 at 7.00 am, and some typos at the end.

    12. We don’t get to see FP sessions in Australia. Any links to streams available guys?
