  1. So much for Renault’s promise of a “new sponsor” joining from the Malaysian Grand Prix …

    1. Yeah, they just put on the 80′ disco suits. Meanwhile at Team Lotus they had Dell confirm their support.

      1. So 1Malaysia now have all of, what, 1 sponsor? Nice.

        1. 2 including CNN. My mistake.

        2. Team Lotus yes.

    2. They’re sponsored by Dell Boy and P-Dippy.

      1. The suits look pretty normal actually. Shame since they were so hyped up…

        1. I know. I was expecting actual glitter. Not cool.

  2. I quite like Liuzzis new helmet. Seems like he saw how it blended it with the car in AUS and tried Ambrosios carbon fibre look for the main colour (at first I thought it was the trademark HRT-mud grey, but its not)

Makes the green and red stand out far better. Good job Tonio.

    1. Well, his 2010 helmet was perfect, and a one off like this is nice, but the Italian flag has almost disappeared.

  3. They may not be fast but the HRT take a great photo. The one with the Malaysian flag in the background and the one next to it are the best.

  4. Kamui Kobayashi’s new helmet is sweeeeeeeeeeeeet!

    1. +1

That’s a pretty steep wing angle on Hamilton’s car too (close-up in garage), perhaps they are going for qualifying mode (because you can use DRS all the time then) and then keeping the downforce in case it rains?

  5. Got to say I prefer Kobayashi and Liuzzi’s new helmet designs

  6. Keith, think you might have accidentally swapped the side-on shots of the RBRs (with the Malaysian flag in the background) ;)

    1. Thanks have changed the captions.

    Not enough Mclaren Photos ;)

  8. whys there hardly any mclaren photos anymore :(

    1. There’s about a dozen pictures of the McLarens in there which is more than there are of most other teams.

If you really need to see more than that for a single day’s running I suggest buying a subscription to a photo agency.

      1. i agreee stop complaining people!

  9. I see the Hispania is just as ridiculous in motion as it is standing still.
