Good race, a fantastic drive from Hamilton and quite a few surprises, mainly Vettel doing so badly!

9. Absolutely marvellous race. Nurburgring proved why it should be on the calendar as a permanent fixture, it’s last three races have been brilliant.

I second that, Nurburgring throws up classics, just as other great European circuits like Silverstone, Spa, Monza and Monaco do. I will always follow F1 wherever it goes, but these five European circuits should always be the spine of the calender!
