Sebastian Vettel, Red Bull, Barcelona, 2012The second F1 test of 2013 begins today at the Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain.

I’m at the track to follow the test as it unfolds. I’ll be posting updates via Twitter on F1 Fanatic Live below, and I’ll also be joining in the discussion when I can.

Prior to the test Williams will launch their new 2013 car, the FW35. Pastor Maldonado will drive the car today.

Circuit: Circuit de Catalunya
Length: 4.655km
Fastest lap (all time): 1’18.483 – Fernando Alonso, Renault R28, 2008
Fastest lap (2012 car): 1’22.030 – Kimi Raikkonen, Lotus E20
Test starts: 9am CET (8am GMT)
Test ends: 5pm CET (4pm GMT)

The track runs clockwise and the chicane before the finale corner is used.
