Was there any news in the post-race interviews if Vettel had any car troubles? to some extend it looked like China where he simply couldn’t keep up with RIC but his S2 times were completely off pace so I’m wondering if he maybe damaged his floor in the L1 incident.

red bull have changed their gears before this race. how on earth are they going to do good in brazil or japan with those gears? monza will be the last race of the year where longer gears will make sense.

The most ridiculous part of the race was Alonso’s 5 sec penalty… What are the stewards thinking?!

I think that the stewards were very tolerant on that occasion, I thought that they were going to give him a drive through.
Ted Kravitz said that teams were not happy with this decision, they thought that the penalty was too lenient.

So Hamilton retires because because he can’t get a place?
    So much for sportsmanship.
Imagine a football match where one team is 4-0 down with 20 minutes to go, they know they probably can’t win so they just walk off?
Anyhow, there were at least 15 other drivers who probably couldn’t get podium and would probably also like to “save” their engines. How about if they all decide to pull out for some apparent problem. What sort of race would that be?
Hamilton needs to stop acting like a spoilt kid and grow up and act like a professional.
