  1. Hi, Keith,

I just read your post about Schumacher versus Senna. I’m writing a story on this very subject, myself.

To be more precise: I’m writing an alternate version of the 1994 Formula One season. A story in which Senna survives his Imola accident and takes on Schumacher for the Championship.

The first part of the story, covering the season preview, and the first three GPs, is finished and available for download on my website: encounterdownunder.com.

Maybe you could post about my story, do a review or something? Otherwise, I might write a guest-post.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    LS,

In 1977 I lived in Benoni, the place where fire steward Janse van Vuuren, 19 lived till that dreadfull day at Kyalami racetrack. Now why I write to you is because I remember the fatal Tom Pryce accident like the day of yesterday, only I keep seeing something different than what is written all over the accident.
The way I keep seeing it in my memory: two bolides come up the straight, one in front of the other.
The fire steward runs across the track, is hit by car one and instantly dead. The fire extinguisher sems to floatr thru the air finally hitting the uncoming Tom Pryce. Why does everybode write about Tom having hit the steward ? Not in my opinion he did ?

    Kind regards,
    BapJ Karreman

Seasons Greeting to all F1 Fanatics !

I would like to suggest, that for the 2009 season, that you keep a running information box on the age of each drivers engine and gearbox.

This will add a bit more information into the equation and the discussions.

    Regards
    from Trinidad

    Hi Keith,

I submitted a piece the other day and I was just wondering if it tickled your fancy. I’m sure you’re a busy guy so I guess you may not have read it yet but I was just wondering if it might be in with a chance. All the best,

    Hi Keith,
    Couple of things:
    1. The Contact Form on that “contact us” page is not loading up correctly.
    2. There is a misspelling in your recent post about driver fees. Sorry to be such a stickler, but I hold you to very high standards :)
“what prize money an F1 **drier** gets for winning a race…” this is under section “Two Questions”.

Thanks for a F1 great site.

  17. Babur says:

Sorry, forgot to mention this error message I am seeing at the bottom of the page:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function show_subscription_checkbox() in /homepages/36/d222495733/htdocs/wp-content/themes/bluelinerc-10/comments.php on line 79

Just started showing up since yesterday.

  18. Yep a couple of things are disabled at the moment because I’m working on a few technical errors on the site, will hopefully have them running again soon. And will get the typo fixed!

  19. Dr Jones says:

    Hi Keith,

Can you post a table showing the actual F1 winners and “what if” the medals system applied before?

  20. Macca says:
