Glock will go to manor instead of Renault meaning kovalienen will probably be there
Button may go to mclaren it’s 50-50
That’s all

This is awful news button at mclaren? This will mean jenson will get #1 seat? The only good aspect of this I can see is that it will now prove how much of a better driver lewis is than button.
Sue said on 5th December 2009, 13:31
Completelt agree with you. Hamilton will run rings around button in the same car.
I Like Button, but have never really rated him as a supreme driver like Hamilton, Massa and Alonso. Think he is sure to be outclassed by the brilliant Hamilton. I think it’s good news for Hamilton thoe as Button will be a better backup driver for him than Kovalainen was.

sorry if im sounding stupid …. how do the driver numbers work for 2010 …. will button have number 1 on his car with hamilton as number 2 etc? i guess the answer is in the words ‘driver numbers’
or do brawn (mercedes) keep the 1 and 2? i am only confused because similarly the constructors winners always get the best slots in the pit lane as reward and i assume they will still hang on to that privelege
Thanks
ovlusly said on 29th November 2009, 11:19
car number stays with the drivers so Button no1 and hamilton no2
however the constructors slots on the pitlane will remain unaltered after the drivers deals are all finished with merc gp at no1 red bull 2 and mclaren 3

Question…Kobayashi is good I know that but Nakajima? Not good enough to be in any of the new teams? Actually I was hoping for an all Japanese line-up at Toyota. But they pull out.
