Toro Rosso failed to make significant progress in 2013 after overhauling their technical team. However the STR8, penned by Luca Furbatto and developed in part by another new recruit, James Key, made several appearances in Q3 during the season, usually courtesy of Daniel Ricciardo.

How come Toro Rosso arn’t as fast as their sister team Red Bull Racing?

Fist of all red bull have more expierience drivers and secondly toro rosso have scuderia ferrari engines whereas red bull have renult powered cars, also does Toros Rosso have Adrian Newey… I don think so :)
