Auto GP has re-named itself the Auto GP World Series.
The series will follow the World Touring Car Championship to seven rounds this year and will be broadcast on Eurosport:
10-11 March – Monza, Italy
31 March-1 April – Valencia, Spain
14-15 April – Marrakech, Morocco
5-6 May – Budapest, Hungary
2-3 June – Estoril, Portugal
21-22 July – Curitiba, Brazil
22-23 September – Sonoma (Infineon Raceway), USA

Hmm. Not too sure about AutoGP, but I believe that it used to be the Italian F3000 series and uses 2005-spec A1GP cars. I’m also led to understand that the quality of drivers isn’t what one would hope, although I’m pretty sure Romain Grosjean was there a while ago.
Still, it’s some more racing to watch, so we might as well tune in. Good luck Auto GP stars… whoever you are.
EDIT: I quickly looked up Wikipedia, and found that it used to be Euro F3000, which was originally Italian F3000, so half right. My suspicion about the drivers looks to be right though, Grosjean missed the first 2 rounds in 2010 but still cruised to the title…
