Must say, Ben Edwards IS the voice of the BTCC, real shame to lose him to F1, which I don’t think suits him. Moody is a motorbike commentator and thus is struggling to fit in at the moment with all the correct terminology and stuff. I think he’ll improve though.

WOAH! Chaos in Race 3, Mat Jackson dropped oil on the run into Druids. Ollie Jackson, Tom Onslow-Cole, Dan Welch, Adam Morgan, Tony Hughes, Aron Smith and Tony Gilham all went off and hit one another. Very sensibly a Red flag.
What a great race. Wish I’d gone. Have been to Brands a few years, and gutted to have missed a beautiful day today, and some great racing!
It was a very good race, an inspired drive by Jason Plato in what is a quick MG car, Andrew Jordan was quick ad Newsham was top drawer there was carnage in the race typical BTCC. Roll on Donnington!
Agreed, can’t begrudge Plato a clearly determined win, even if he still enjoyed a bit of a nudge on Jordan! Neal can’t be unhappy either, considering the questions over his Honda’s reliability and was unlucky to be knocked down in race 3. Newsham and Jordan showed great promise too. Bodes well for the year ahead!
Poor Gordon, it really hasn’t been his weekend, just been disqualified from race 3 because his team worked on the car during the red flag. Disaster.

Watched the last race from druids, closer to the car to avoid the mess of getting out of a race track :), got an awesome view of the carnage and got some photos of it as it unfolded as well will link when the flickr upload is complete :)
