I don’t think the worst injury was very severe; that crew member was kept in the hospital overnight but was supposed to have been released yesterday:

If you have to spend a night in hospital for treatment, then I would call that severe.

Yes, I suppose it comes down to semantics. For what it’s worth, though, this is from a statement released by Mercedes on Friday:

Three have returned to the circuit, but one is still in hospital. The injuries are not major and not life-threatening, but they are still in hospital for further checks.
