Qualifying – 8th
Race – Crossed the line 4th, promoted to 3rd, demoted to 6th

I went out for Qualifying and was kind of hoping for better than I got. It was always my idea to qualify on Primes, but I thought I had more speed than what showed. I had very little grip and the lap as a whole was shocking. Very disappointed. Also as a note, on my second lap, I had to give it up because I smashed into the back of @abboracing when he LAG appeared in front of me. The on my final lap, he was in the middle of the track at the Lesmo’s (this might be the incident you were referring to @RoboCAT) but I was able to get by and don’t think we touched. I also then found @f199player (for the second time in 2 races) in the middle of the track coming out of the final chicane.
Can I just say, @abboracing and @f199player – If this comes across as me blaming you guys, I’m not, I’m just saying how it felt from my point of view, I don’t blame any of you guys here :)
I was dreading the race start. Being in the middle of the pack between two guys who I knew had experienced LAG issues (@RoboCAT & @abboracing) I was expecting the worse. But it was quite possibly the cleanest start I’ve ever seen. Went into turn 1 and exited the chicane with @MoSs-611 on my left. We went wheel to wheel all up that straight and then I found @f199player on my other side. I was trying to be as cautious as possible so we didn’t all go off and Moss slithered up the inside, while I was able to defend from f199. At some point however, me and Moss banged wheels, neither of us went off, but I got a penalty! :(
On the next lap I had exactly the same experience with @f199player, wheel-to-wheel, him passing me, slight contact, and ANOTHER PENALTY! :’(
I then spent the laps following them both, until I started dropping off because my tyres were going off far quicker than they had in practice. I pitted for my only stop on lap 11 and put the options on for the final stint. @f199player pitted the lap after and I came out just behind him, with @electrolite right behind me. We had some fantastic battles throughout the next two laps, apart from 1. @electrolite led our group, from @f199player and me. As we exited the second Lesmo, f199 got a better exit than electrolite, and I got a better exit than both. electrolite was in front on the left, I was directly behind him, and f199 was to my right. f199 couldn’t make the most and I was much quicker than the both. f199 dissapeared off of my screen and I thought he’d backed off, so moved right a little to go around electrolite but f199 hadn’t backed off as much as I thought, we touched slightly (no-one went off) and I GOT A THIRD PENALTY!
Once electrolite pitted f199 was in front of me. I tried to catch him but we were so evenly matched. Even when he made a mistake, so would I. Then my tyres went off again, and I struggled to even keep up, crossing the line 4th, then getting 3rd, then dropping to 5th.
I’d like to call on @MoSs-611, @f199player and @electrolite to comment on whether they think I deserve any of these penalties, because I feel really hard done by.
Also, because of this, I’m going to get a camera set up for our next race.
