To anyone who wants to know some laptimes for their practicing, I just got a 1:18.613 in GP mode (qualifying session). I also had another go at time-trial; I managed to slightly improve my time (the McLaren one) to a 1:17.617.

A surprising amount of time time can be won or lost in the last sector, a clean line though ascari and a nice exit out of the parabolica are crucial for a good laptime! I also had a go messing around with the camber angles of my setup, it seemed to make very little difference to my laptimes (half a tenth either way). Tyres seemed to go off at the same rate no matter the camber angle as well for me in GP mode.

Improved on my Time-Trial lap again (I don’t think I’ll do any more now!), a 1:17.513 (in the McLaren). The sector times are 26.232, 25.658 and 25.622. I think there’s another tenth in the first sector and most likely another in the second sector. Very pleased with my last sector time and I doubt I could improve it.

@RagingInferno – Looks like our setups must be roughly the same, which I didn’t expect xD and it looks as though I’m losing all of my time to you in the first sector, although I gain a tenth back in the final one lol.

@olliekart I should be able to record my races soon, most likely from Valencia onwards. Just going to subscribe to the YouTube channel now! :)
