I was flying at monaco i clipped the barrier on the last corner trying to pass MrT and got passed by tea, i soon took the place back and closed a 5sec gap in 1 lap then just plodded behind to the finish line i didnt wana mess up anyones race 3rd was good for me from the back of the grid

Spain i had a sweet setup qualified .2 behind ollie and took the lead into the first corner, i was faster than ollie with his DRS open defended the inside line looked behind me and he was gone then it was a case of bringing it home for the win

Ok, so after some searching on Twitter and the F1 2012 forums, i can now conclude (off other peoples reviews) that this game will be…. c***. Heres a list of the (lack of) features which made me die.

No FP2 or FP3
Tyre scaling is gone (i.e. Options will do 18 laps at Abu Dhabi, whether that be 100% distance (54 laps) or 25% (13 laps) Which that everyone will be able to do 1 stops up to 100% and in you will be able to pit for primes on the last lap, with good option tyres
No 40% race distance @bradley13
No Grand Prix mode

Basically the game is broken, before its even released…

No tyre scaling?! If that’s true I can’t believe CM have been so stupid! The tyre scaling was what made the shorter distance races interesting. The other things are just icing on the cake, though I’m pretty sure there’s an option which is pretty much identical to GP mode, can’t remember what it’s called though.

Hopefully theyll release updates pretty soon wiv these features, im pretty sure there will be an army of f1 fans complaining about it for them not to! Im not happy with the demo it doesnt sell the game well

We will have to wait for the real game though to see if this scale issue is actually real. This video shows otherwise at lap 6 he pits on a 14 lap race so I dunno yet.. we will have to wait and see on Friday.
