I’ve held my tongue until now, given the position I’m in in the Championship, and it would only have a negative effect, whatever my decision turned out to be. Not to mention, I usually have my Sundays free anyway, so the date doesn’t have much significance.
Anyway, I’m getting a little sick of the comments. Yes, the date has been changed. So what? Surely the whole point of this is to have the biggest gathering of drivers to have some fun in a larger race? Or is it that we only want 4-5 drivers on one given day, just because that was the schedule? Plans change, and that should always take precedence over this anyway. If there is a way, in which we can get the majority to race, instead of just a few then of course that is the way forward.
And @Lead-lobber, there is no point in making a back-handed comment about not getting an invite. It was a mistake, and I’m not sure I even have you on PSN, and if that’s the case then what was I supposed to do?
I don’t understand why a community can’t just enjoy a common interest. I’m certainly not saying I’m the perfect example of this, because I’m not, but it gets a little tedious sometimes. Bradley is first and foremost in charge, and he decided that it would be best for more people to race, so that’s what we’re doing.
