    @slr “I actually don’t believe any developer has done what you would like to see, ever” – Exactly!! Surely the point of new games is to bring new ideas. CodeMasters can’t do a lot with the actual format of the game as it is based on a live product – but the backroom stuff – the stats, the possibility for downloads etc…has still been largely unexplored.

    @SwEEp I can’t see Codemasters being the ones to introduce such a thing where multiple console formats are involved. Such ideas would probably be explored by developers such as Rockstar or EA, but I can even see them doing that without Sony or Microsoft getting involved. Sony and Microsoft want you to find out your friend’s scores by buying their consoles.

    BTW I’m not sure what you mean by the possibility for downloads, I can only assume you mean Downloadable Content (DLC), which Codemasters have done, just not with F1 which is disappointing.
