Ha same, I have 2 weeks to get consistent non incident laps. I am far too cautios on that circuit for the obvious reasons

Were they corner cutting by chance? The game is brutal on that. You get maybe 9 or 10 warnings and then get a penalty… fair enough. But then it starts battering you every single time. I ended up getting disqualified for it in ozzie and i know @Daniel Owen got 40 seconds last race.

They need to sort it out for f1 2012, cos its really ott and unrealistic…

Just wanted to let you all know, I will no longer be taking part in this season’s championship.

Had a good qualyfying but only took pole by the skin of my teeth….the race was pretty decent, I found some good consistency which enabled me to gradually pull a gap and have a clean track all race…..My engineers seemed to have, for once! fuelled my car adequately. So on my final stint I went for it for a lap with rich fuel mode…set a good lap time, but annoyingly after switching back to standard fuel mode, the lap after I had a beast 1st sector and was 2 tenths up on my fastest but the lack of power cost me that over the rest of the lap!!! DOTD Y2J! a great result and fully deserved!

@powderfinger A real shame, the entire field has lost a great competetor and I have lost a great team mate! just a year out, or a fully fledged retirement?

Hey guys, I’m not sure I’m going to be able to make any race while I’m at this summer job, while I have internet access, I’m going to be living in a university halls of residence and short of running xbox live through my laptop I’ve got no way of connecting to the internet through my xbox.

On the plus side, my contract is only until the 5th of August, so after that I’ll be able to make the other races which means I’ll miss Monaco, Montreal and Silverstone, exceptionally annoying as they are three of my favourite tracks and this is going to pretty much destroy any chance of improving on last season’s 3rd in the championship. If anyone has had a similar problem while living at halls of residence and was able to find a way around it I’d appreciate any input.
