We take a break from the main championship this Monday! But fear not as we will still be meeting up… for the 2nd F1F Sprint Championship!

For those who don’t know it’s 19 three lap sprint races taking in every circuit in the calendar. We will complete it over the course of one evening. It’s a bit of fun and not as serious as the main championship.

We will look to start around 19.30GMT (thats 7.30pm uk time). For those non-UK, That’s a hour earlier than we would normally start every Monday

@MadDogMolloy something came up and I’m not sure if I can make it. I may or may not be there so just start without me if I am not.

My dramatic fall from 2nd (with around 15 points over 3rd to 7th after a run of dreadful results.

My and @maddogmolloy battle for last at abu dhabi was insane. shame neither of us recorded it.

I got taken out in the majority of races, always from behind, and was always recovering, I committed a few rash move but so did everyone else, particularly the few who liked to use me as a bumper into the next corner (not going to name names), no one was innocent. Brazil where I set the fastest lap of a 1:08 is the perfect example, started 3rd jostled down to 8th.

I usually wouldn’t care to respond but I can see this being overhyped and sticking.

BTW does anybody else use the official MS Wheel?

If so could they post what wheel settings they use? It be much appreciated.

I got it a few days ago, and have been using it continuously (including for the sprint races) but I’m still struggling to come to grips with it in comparison to a controller, its a lot easier to take chicanes, and fast corners flat (copse), but even in time trial I’m a good second off my pace, with no visible difference in lines. Also with the greater range of movement wheel to wheel situations seem a lot more fraught particularly because I only needed to flick the stick on a control pad.
