Stunned by the tyre wear, I knew there were going to be problems during the race after I had completed my first lap in qualifying.
I spun in qualifying, my attempt to avoid @ljkobrien went wrong and I received a +10 grid penalty.
Started last on the grid, which to be fair isn’t to bad around Monaco^^. I was up to fifth after the first lap from there on I tried to keep it steady as my tires were overheating.
Still, I spun a few times going into T1 and the penultimate turn. I saw @ms20 pit and thought I’d do the same a lap later.
The strategy worked well, as I managed to overtake @ljkobrien.
Druing this stint I was trying to catch @McWoblin and @ms20 ahead of me.
I caught and overtook @McWoblin but he had been on his first set of tires and soon pitted.
During the second stint I was in a battle with @McWoblin once again, as he went to pit for a third time shortly after his second stop, I decided to copy the move but I spun in T1, I stuck with the plan due to my tires being horribly worn.
That was the end of the race, the soft tires didn’t go to well for some reason and @ljkobrien nearly equalled my pace on an older set of prime tires if I am not mistaken.
Finished fouth not to happy with the result, my last error was costly.
