Might be worth having a look at page 1 of this forum… theres a link to the wiki page on there which includes all the details and rules. Take a look at the wiki page and familarise yourself. Although all the seats have been taken (there seems to be a limit of 16 drivers in f1 2012 multiplayer) not everyone attends every race.. So you will take one of the empty seats at that race – so you’re always guaranteed a seat!

Free free to add the other drivers to your friends list too (gamertags on first page). Keep an eye on the forums for news and join in on the discussions we have.

As mentioned above we may sprint (3 lap races ) at some point over the xmas break so do feel free to join us…

also would it be possible to start silverstone at 8:00pm GMT please on the basis that my parents say i cant be on the xbox Y minutes before i go to bed

Hey mate.. Don’t know how possible that’s going to be as we used to have it earlier but people couldn’t make it.. Plus we have a racer from USA so it’s best for him as well.

We normally finish the race around 21:50?? Is this too late?

I raced my dad on f1 2012 this evening and we kept crashing so if I do get Xbox live tomorrow, I would like to apologise in advance if my driving is not up to scratch ( normally me and dad try to take out as many cars as we can at turn 1 ala grosjean ) :)

Good news: I now have Xbox live (gamer tag EightyWhisper11)
Bad news: have to buy more Microsoft points to get VIP pass so I can take part in the series.
Also do I just pick a team on the night of the British gp 7.1.13 or will I get given a team?

Me and my dad used to do the same on F1 1997 back on the ps one! :-). Best to get some practice in – we all try to be careful at the start – accidents are unavoidable but just try to be a bit careful and you will be fine.

Did you want to get your brother to set up an account on here so he can be kept up to date on any change of timings, rule changes , etc? Also useful so he can see the championship standings when updated!

Can’t wait to have a race online without some arseholes crashing into me for no reason at the start and the guys who crashed into didn’t really use the breaks at the first corner thinking they were romain grosjean or something
