Welcome to the club @joac21 , first order of business is getting out of rookies so you can start using other cars. Iracing is a serious sim, so the main aim is racing cleanly, best way to do this is get a few hours practice under your belt in the MX-5 at whatever track they’re at (lime rock I think this week), so you’ve got a handle on the car.
Once you feel you can do a race distance, qualify and go race in the mazda cup, you need to get your safety rating up to 3 to get promoted to D license (4SR for quick promotion), which unlocks more series to drive in.

The most important part being this: “As a rookie your goal is to get out of rookie.” :P
It might seem a bit of a hassle for now, but there is a big jump in skill and etiquette as you move up the license ladder, which I think makes it worth it :).
