YES! Still in the thick of the championship hunt despite Red Bull’s horrendous pace in America!

Now up to Brazil, with Interlagos being my favorite circuit, good luck gentlemen! May the season finale be a classic!

Tomorrow’s race will be exciting- I actually have a decent shot at winning the title! If I do, it’ll be frustrating for the frequent polesitters and podium-finishers- will I join the likes of Hulme and Lauda in winning the championship without any pole positions?

If @matthijs finishes first, I need to finish second.
If he finishes second, I need to finish fifth.
If he finishes third, I need to finish seventh.
If he finishes fourth, I need to finish eight.
If he finishes fifth, I need to finish tenth.

That’s what the Dutch championship looks like ;)

BTW, anyone keeping count on the British versus Non-British championship? Or have we won already?

If I checked correctly, the standings in the British vs Non-British battle is 912 points versus 1007 points, so the heat is still on!
Edit: but with a maximum of 101 points to spare, there is not that much heat…

Just to let everyone know, the race will NOT be today. Bradley and I decided that for a race of such epic proportions, we needed a far better build up, and so we will be trying to build the hype and tension across the weekend, and then spread the whole event through Tuesday 5th February. This should include the preview either on Monday or the morning of Tuesday, and then the practice and qualifying throughout the day until we get to the race in the evening.

We’re going to try and make it special!
