Many thanks for running this game. Like others have said, it really has sped up the winter break from F1. Even though I havent commented much, I have followed all of the races. Now I just cant wait until I can actually return to racing you guys on the PS3 :P

@raginginferno Well done on the podium. Finally the merc is up there lol.. its been a tight battle between us but I just finihed ahead :)

Ok guys, coming thick and fast tonight, while it’s not much… here’s a little taster for next season.
We (mainly me) have decided to play with the teams a bit to make things quicker to type up! :P

You’ll note there are now also 13 teams… to accommodate the new drivers, and if we get more entrants… we have another few teams hidden away in storage…

Force India become Mallya (because it’s easier to write)
Toro Rosso become Infiniti (for the same reason, and the fact I dislike the team, as those of you who race in my PS3 leagues will know)
HRT leave (for the reason I dislike them again, as those of you who race in my PS3 leagues will know again ;) haha, and they left in real F1) so they are replaced by Spyker, and Ford join too.
I chose Spyker because they are Dutch and the Dutch are cool. I liked the Orange Spyker cars when they were last in F1 so that was another plus, and it adds more team diversity, having a Dutch team.
Ford for the same reason, we now have an American team :). Ford are a solid Manufacturer and have a close relationship with Cosworth, so it fits in well.

I’m back! Didn’t get to enjoy the race live, but still, a huge congratulations to @Portugoose, a truly underdog performance, worthy of our first season and Championship.

Also, thanks for all the comments guys, running this Championship with @Bradley13 is great, and it makes it all the better knowing that you guys enjoy it, and we hope to continue that for the future, and make it even better!

I can really say that I’m looking forward to the changes we’re making for season 2, and I’m sure the grid is going to be pretty interesting once we get the new teams sorted!

This game wouldn’t be the same without you guys, so once again, thank you! :D

Once again, thanks @Bradley13 and @jamiefranklinf1 for making the off-season enjoyable and engaging! And once again to my fellow competitors, especially @mathers for his enthusiastic support!

For the new teams, I’d suggest Infiniti-Renault as opposed to Infiniti-Ford, considering Renault and Nissan/Infiniti are tied up. Oh, and instead of Ford F1, I’d personally change it to Brabham-Ford! Brabham could be the factory Ford team, with the Brabham name carrying its F1 heritage and tradition. I’m looking forward to defending my title against the larger grid!

There should so be a GP of Finland!
