Canadian Grand Prix Preview
Following our opening two European races we head back across the sea to the first North American leg of the season, Canada and Mexico. We start off at the Montreal circuit in Canada where McLaren and Lotus will be hoping their recent good form can continue. On the note of McLaren there is a driver change this weekend. An agreement between Widger of McLaren and Hofman of HRT before the season stated they would swap seats when whoever was driving the McLaren won a race. As Widger won last time out at Monaco, Hofman takes the seat while Widger moves down to HRT. Red Bull will be hoping for something better than a double retirement last time out and Ferrari will be looking to stay in the fight. Caterham are hoping their upgrades will work better here than in Monaco but once again, the weather could seriously come into play. With close barriers and a short course, this should be a very close, action packed race!
