@benh – nope, it is just because his wet weather skill is so high compared to everyone else, so whenever it’s wet, he’s always near the top, you’ll also notice in the dry he’s more towards the bottom.

Coo, one thousandth ahead of Kingshark, and Nic Morley’s up there at a favourite track.

    Somebody’s upgrades are working!!

    @alfie
I don’t buy it. Many times this season I’ve showed so much promise in practice and qualifying, and then had a disastrous race. I am keeping my hopes low. A top 5 finish would be just fine IMO.

Looking at the stats I’d say me and Morley are gonna bomb qualifying, then have a close fight whilst working our way through.

The Williams and Ferrari drivers switched places for the second session, with Nic Morley topping the session this time, with Matershaw a couple of tenths off. Kingshark stayed in his third place, showing good pace in both wet and dry conditions. The Lotus of Franklin and the Red Bull of Graham both struggled to stay on pace with their team mates. However, the biggest surprises of the session came from the Caterham team, who were able to finish the session in a promising 6th and 8th.

That is a nice surprise :) If I can get top 5 I will be really happy, but 2nd is nice :P

More points for Caterham after 10th in Canada, it would seem.

@bradley13 ah fair enough. Would it be something you would look towards doing in future seasons or would that be a major headache? As really it would be pretty cool if you got on a roll (say if you overperform in one race, you have a 60% chance of getting say a 10% stat boost in the next and keep that boost until you underperform/meet target when you would drop back to normal stats)

    Out in Q1
    18. Ben Needham (Toro Rosso)
    19. Kaz Armos (Force India)
    20. Shane Butler (Mercedes)
    21. Bull Frog (Marussia)
    22. Matthijs Hofman (HRT)
    23. Oli Peacock (Marussia)
    24. Téa Kirkham (HRT)

There were some real shocks in Q1 as both Caterhams managed to comfortably get through in 11th and 12th place, but Shane Butler’s Mercedes dropped out, only managing the 20th quickest time. HRT and Marussia occupied the bottom four spots again and it was Armos and Needham who joined them. Nic Morley was quickest from Lotuses Bradley Downton and Ferrari’s Robert Mathershaw.

@benh – me and Jamie plan to upgrade the game as we go along through the seasons, that’s a nice idea and we’ll add it to our evergrowing list! :P haha

@BenH – The problem with that is that it creates decimals, which would be a real pain.

Hehe, hopefully I can do what Tom did last race :)
