    11. Ingram (McLaren)
    12. Coolidge (Williams)
    13. Armos (Force India)
    14. Butler (Mercedes)
    15. Haddleton (Force India)
    16. Cucamest (Toro Rosso)
    17. Needham (Toro Rosso)
    18. d’Hazorme (Caterham)
    19. Frog (Marussia)
    20. Hofman (HRT)
    21. Sunderland (Caterham)
    22. Peacock (Marussia)
    23. Kirkham (HRT)
    Ret. Robson (Mercedes)

The first quarter of the race sees Franklin lose a position, pushing him down to sixth. It also saw yet another retirement of Mercedes driver, Tom Robson. A disappointing end to a disappointing weekend for the Silver Arrows. Shane Butler isn’t looking too much better, down in 14th. Kingshark and Downton look to be pressuring the McLaren of Alfie Widger for the lead. Could be on for an interesting race for the victory.

Will we ever get a fully dry weekend where we can realize our potential? I don’t remember what sunlight looks like anymore…

@Brazil2007 – Haha! I’m sure tracks like Abu Dhabi, or India will be more or less dry :P

    19. Sunderland (Caterham)
    Ret. Coolidge (Williams)
    Ret. Haddleton (Force India)
    Ret. Peacock (Marussia)
    Ret. Kirkham (HRT)

Largely unchanged top 10 in the second quarter of the race, however, Butch Coolidge in the Williams has collided with the Force India of Haddleton, resulting in a retirement for both drivers. Oli Peacock and Kirkham also had a similar collision into turn 1, once again, resulting in a double retirement. Luckily, this didn’t bring out the safety car.
Alfie Widger does look to be struggling now though…

    Race Update 3
    1. Widger (McLaren)
    2. Kingshark (Red Bull)
    3. Downton (Lotus)
    4. Chan (Sauber)
    5. Franklin (Lotus)
    6. Graham (Red Bull)
    7. Varga (Sauber)
    8. Bomeny (Ferrari)
    9. Ingram (McLaren)
    10. Morley (Williams)
    11. Mathershaw (Ferrari)
    12. Butler (Mercedes)
    13. Armos (Force India)
    14. Cucamest (Toro Rosso)
    15. Needham (Toro Rosso)
    16. d’Hazorme (Caterham)
    17. Frog (Marussia)
    18. Sunderland (Caterham)
    Ret. Hofman (HRT)

The biggest change now comes from Jackie Chan. He has been super fast in the second half of the race, going from 7th to 4th in a mere 15 laps! Graham in the Red Bull has fallen behind the Lotus of Franklin. Any of the top 4 look capable of winning now, as we go into the final quarter.
The HRT of Hofman unfortunately retires due to a gearbox problem.
