@slr I assume you were on the same lap as David, so I’ve put you as finishing 2 laps down.

@slr and I was so far behind that I didn’t get the opportunity to cover more distance than you had. So I have now added crossing the line with my position as 11/10 to my ever increasing list of bizarre online racing achievements.

The only way is up!

Those Championship standings are very disheartening :P. Going from a 17 point lead to an 8 point disadvantage xD

@CommonMonsoon Haha! That was amazing. Nevertheless, I think it will be an interesting end to the season at this rate. Not sure how I fare at the next four races, though I imagine Singapore will be similar to Monaco, and I’ll be off the pace :/

In other news, it looks like I’ll be needing a new team mate, otherwise I expect Caterham’s lead will be overhauled fairly quickly.

I want to say, I am very very sorry to @Olliekart for the troubles I seem to have caused, however I have to say, neither of those incidents looked the same on my screen. I know you know I’m a clean driver, and do not take people out on purpose, why would I? What is the point? It does no-one any good. I do not have video evidence to show from my point of view but I’m hoping you will take my word.

First Incident
On my screen, I was approaching the corner a few car lengths behind you, you entered the corner and disappeared, then as I was rounding it (very wide because I braked a bit late) you were backwards across the track. I know that’s not what the video shows, but that’s what I saw on my screen.

Second Incident
This one was fairly similar. I was on the left, slowing to let you guys through but you didn’t leave enough room passing Oli, you had a lot more space on the right but didn’t use and instead tried to move where my car was, I couldn’t just disappear. Unfortunately this meant that we locked wheels and you went straight on, but I don’t see how this is my fault. I was slowing enough on the outside line to let you guys through on the inside, is that not what I’m meant to do?

I don’t want this is cause arguments and friction in this league because god knows what you lot must now think of the league I run. I just want to clear my name in that I am not a dirty driver and feel very aggrieved as to what happened today. I’m sad that I seem to have ruined Oli’s race but I assure you, it was not on purpose.

As for my race, I spent many laps drifting around the track with no grip trying to keep out of the wall. The chicane caught me out countless times (hence the 100 second penalty -.- @alfie). I had some good fights with @david-a and @CommonMonsoon when he lapped me :P

Also, @jonnyw360f1 – You had some AWESOME drifts around turn 1! We spent a lot of the race close together and when you were in front they looked so cool that when I got in front I would like behind going up the hill just to see you drift round turn 1 and avoid the barrier! :P

@slr This is brilliant. You may have finished behind had you managed to cross the line, but your disconnect might just have gained you a couple of places!

@JamieFranklinF1 It should be fun, yes. But I’m going to need a lot of luck!

@bradley13 im quite miffed actually with your driving mate. you were a lap down and recovering from a spin beffore the tunnel. i smashed into you as you were trying to face the right way, ok an honest mistake. you then kindly let me through. but then u hit me off from behind at tabac, then the 2nd last corner, then going up the hill you squeeze me against the wall and of course i get a penalty. u crashed so i finally got you off my back.

Qualy: 12th i belive. tried gambling on primes. didnt matter anyway because i didnt make the top ten!

Race: 5th (lovely!)
first corner mayhem! someone caused a huge crash well before turn 1. i then got punted into a williams so i got a penalty. great! then i was embarrisingly overtaken around the OUTSIDE of Portier by @olliekart. soon after, @jamiefranklinf1 overtook me heading into the chicane. i regained this place soon after when he spun at casino. I was only in 10th at this time though. a mistake at turn 1 dropped me behind again, then going up the hill @iamsa8 span me from behind dropping me back further. please guys have some patience when overtaking at monaco!

i then spent a lot of laps far behind @electrolite but only a few secs infront of @david-a. i was in 8th. running a long first stint on primes i got up to 4th but 45 seconds behind 3rd placed @commonmonsoon. from here i had a pretty boring race. i got lapped once and ferrari tactics worked niceley when @alfie came out of the pits ahead of me but @commonmonsoon came out behind (both a lap ahead), im sure my dirty air held up the red bull for a few corners! (not intended btw!).
then was the annoying backmarker incident near the end. otherwise not bad. 10 points.
