As I have been VERY BORED today, I’ve been watching back some of the amazing, spectacular and, often, hilarious highlights from last season and looking ahead to the release of F1 2012 next month. As I’m sure you probably know already, running this series is my main motivation for getting the new game and I’m hoping that after a truly memorable championship with F1 2011, the new game will prove to be slightly less frustrating and glitchy (LOL) and will allow us to concentrate on simply having more fun instead.
Also, while I’m not even thinking about things like rules or tracks or new members at this stage, I thought I’d post my provisional calendar for The Collantine Cup™ Episode III: Return of the Ned-i (working title) so if those of you who competed in four or more rounds last season (those who didn’t will not be guaranteed spots on the grid for Season 3) could tell me if any of the dates aren’t going to work for you, that would be lovely. The good thing about this provisional calendar is that each race is exactly one fortnight apart, so there would be a regular two week gap between each round of the championship without it clashing with Christmas or New Year’s Day. I know it’s still a long way off, but please let me know if there are any issues or clashes for you at this stage. (All dates fall on Sundays, races at usual time, 11:00AM GMT, etc, etc.)

Round 3: December 30th
Round 4: January 13th
Round 5: January 27th
Round 6: February 10th
Round 7: February 24th
