WCC McLaren (As Above)

Biggest Let Down Massa, I think he has lost the fight in him.

Biggest Cons Let Down HRT, won’t finish season (If they start)

Best race Silverstone

Worst Race Singapore (Don’t like that track)

Biggest Suprise Schumacher will get wins!!!

This will be a classic season, a season which will be decided by which driver/constructor combination can handle the pressure and consistantly deliver, I’ll even bet we see at least 8 different race winners!!

Biggest suprise of 2011: Team Lotus of Fernandez beating Group Lotus in the Constructors Championship , leading eventually to Bahar’s team withdrawing in post season… ;)

Biggest driver let down: Massa (I just don’t see him turning in to a good racing(!) driver all of a sudden, and with more overtaking coming he’ll just seem worse)

Best race of 2011: Spa Francorchamps or Silverstone
Worst race of 2011: Valencia (after a first race there I was stunned that they managed to make a circuit more boring than Monaco)

Biggest Suprise of 2011: Kobayashi taking his first win with Sauber (well, I wish) :)

Biggest surprise: Schumacher wins first five races on the trot before a practice crash brings his neck problem back and he has to retire. Rosberg battles Alonso for the championship but loses out when Schu’s replacement, Heidfeld, goes rogue and wins the final two races of the season ahead of Nico, against team orders.

Biggest Suprise of 2011: Team Lotus get some points and Petrov finishes behind Kovalainen at the first race!

As for further predictions, I can see Red Bull not be as dominant, as Frank Williams once said “a successful car is only successful for a couple of years”. I think that like we saw in the 90s, Neweys cars were quick for two seasons in a row, then came the McLarens, then the Ferraris.

I can see this happening again, Red Bull may still be the team to beat this year, but I don’t see it lasting long. McLaren will hopefully come back strong, and then Ferrari will have some boring strong hold with Alonso at the wheel.

Personally I hope it doesn’t, and it probably won’t as making a prediction is always a bad thing. Keith knows this too well with his prediction of Schumacher winning some races last year!

Its going to be a great season this year…I know ive put Alsonso as Champ…but Vettell wont be far behind him. Dont think Webber is going to do much and I really cant see McLaren doing much either. Its old and new – Ferrari and RB!
