You do realise that these are all aerial photographs, right? They’re taken from such a height and angle that all of the elevation changes are invisible. If you get on Google Earth, find the site (near Elroy, Texas), and adjust the view apparpriately, you can clearly see the surrounding countryside is quite hilly.
Why on earth would the organisers make such a song and dance about having a ciricuit with elevation changes and releasing photos of the site pre-construction that clear show hills, only to bulldoze them all?
