@Slr, the key is that they don’t have up and downs as big as Nico, Michael, Pastor and Kamui. They are very consistent and both have had some really pretty good weekends already.
Suffice to say that I would rate the Force Indias, in terms of pace and performance, ahead of Toro Rosso and the three little ones, but behind all other teams. Yet they are only one point behind Williams, who have won a race.

Over the race only. If a driver is taken out or has to retire early on the race, only then I judge qualifying performance.

Webber would receive a 10, Karthikeyan would receive a 4-5 at best (though I don’t judge HRT 7 Marussia drivers). It’s the race that counts, that and nothing more.

well that is my list.
after the average grade, you have the last three races (current form) and the best three races (brilliance), which leads to the total score (70% average, 15% form, 15% brilliance).
after that, as additional info, the standard deviation (the lower, the more constant) and then the races above 7,5 (good weekend), followed by the races below 5,0 (bad weekend).
