Personally I can’t decide between Lotus’ JPS livery, Williams’ Rothmans livery and Renault’s Mild Seven livery. They all look good! :D

I think you got distracted by all the cool spots and their emotional bribery (“No, this couldn’t be me!”).

EDIT: I know there’s lots of fancy with gold going on. But I admit I have a weak spot for the Honda RA107 Earth Dreams livery. It’s my hidden New Age gene trying to sneak out, I suppose.

I do like the all-colour liveries most though. For example, a colour picture of those Vanwalls http://bit.ly/qt4W6f or the Prosts. The less colours (or the less dominant colours, should I say), the better IMO.

I loved the original JPS Lotus livery as I suspect most people do, but the New Renault ‘replica’ is awful, I don’t know how they could have messed up what should be such a simple livery! The Renault yellow of the last few years was lovely!

The late 90′s early 00′s Ferrari’s were beautiful, with the white wings, I was so pleased that they went back to it this year.

I also liked the Brawn livery, simple but effective!

2001 had some very good-looking cars: the McLarens, Saubers, Jordans, Arrows…but my favourite has got to be the Renault R30.

I definitely agree with the Benetton’s, though I kind of forget about them as I only started watching in about 1999 and they were quite boring then. I also agree with Trix the earth Honda cars were quite smart. The yellow Jordan’s were nice to, it was a shame when they left and were replaced by Midland. The grid hasn’t looked the same without them. Also worth a mention has to be the Jaguar’s dark green livery – which is probably the only thing worth mentioning about them. I must say for me I like the cars that stand out really – I don’t like the way Sauber, HRT and Virgin are moving. They’re not one colour there just a mass of stickers.

The West McLarens and the Mild Seven Renaults were the best. I also liked the McLaren MP4-21(2006), but then when Vodafone came along, and the team put red on the sidepods it ruined it. The ING Renaults(R27/R28) also looked good, the R29 looked okay, but not as good. The BARs and the 2006 Honda looked cool also.

The bright lime green/yellow with white and blue highlights Telefonica Minardi from 2000. The last Minardi with a nice paint job before they turned black… and then Red Bullish.
