Can I delay information on the F1 app?

I just got the official app for my trip to Austin and I tested it today. My problem is that it is ahead of the BBC iplayer stream I am watching by about 40 seconds. Obviously this won’t be a problem when I’m at the race, but when I’m watching at home is their anyway to delay it. I noticed that when I was watching a replay of FP2 I could pause and fast forward the live timing, but I’m guessing I can’t do that in a live session.
P.S I am using the Android version.
