Sacked former Group Lotus CEO Dany Bahar is claiming he was wrongfully dismissed from the company:

Bahar was fired around the time of the Monaco Grand Prix.
Under his stewardship Group Lotus gave Tony Fernandes the right to use their name for his team in 2010, then brought a failed lawsuit against Fernandes to stop him from using it in 2011. Group Lotus instead sponsored Renault and renamed the team accordingly this year, having reached an agreement with Fernandes which saw him relinquish the Lotus name.
Shortly afterwards Group Lotus pulled their sponsorship, though Lotus say they will keep the name.
